Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on most orders of $79 or more within the 48 contiguous United States.

When we offer a free shipping promotion, it is based on a minimum purchase requirement. This minimum purchase is based solely on the product value before any applicable taxes or shipping fees are applied to the order.

Some irregularly shaped or oversized items may incur a special handling charge applied per unit.

Free Shipping eligible items are clearly designated on each product page. If you have a mix of items in your shopping cart and only certain items qualify for free shipping, standard carrier fees will apply to the non-qualifying items. If all items qualify for Free Shipping and your order total is over $79, no standard carrier fee will be charged.

Processing and Delivery Times
Generally, we require a 1-2 business day processing time for all orders. All items are dispatched from our dedicated fulfillment center in Delaware. Once the package is handed over to the carrier (UPS or FedEx), the estimated delivery times within the U.S. are as follows:

  • 1-2 Days: Northeastern coastal states (centered around Delaware).
  • 3-4 Days: Great Lakes region (e.g., Chicago) and the Southeast (e.g., Georgia).
  • 4-5 Days: Texas and the Central Plains.
  • 5-7 Days: West Coast (California, Seattle, etc.) and the Mountain regions.
  • 7-14 Days: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico.

Standard Carrier Fees

Orders under $79 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee starting at $6.49, based on the order's weight and destination.

When we offer an order discount, it is solely based on the product value before any shipping fees or taxes. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and terminate any offer at any time without prior notice.

Expedited 2-Day Shipping

For customers who need their tools faster, we offer a 2-Day Expedited Shipping option via UPS or FedEx. Orders selecting this service before our 11:00 AM (EST) cut-off time will be prioritized in our fulfillment center. Please note that once the order is processed and handed over to the carrier, the transit time will be 2 business days.

Fulfillment Delays and Inventory Fluctuation

Our fulfillment team typically requires one business day to process your order. During peak holiday seasons, however, handling may take up to three business days.

Because we source inventory dynamically to offer you the best pricing, stock levels can fluctuate. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, our customer support team will contact you immediately to provide an alternative or issue a prompt refund, rather than delaying your entire shipment.
