RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please read our return policy details carefully to ensure you have all the information needed to return your purchase properly and correctly.
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund in accordance with the terms below.
Return Authorization
All returns must be requested within 30 days of your order being delivered.
To initiate a Return Authorization, please submit a request via our Contact Us form. A customer service representative will contact you within 1 to 3 business days.
After your Return Authorization is approved, please follow the provided instructions and mail your product to our fulfillment center:

Defective or Incorrect Item
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it for a replacement or refund you once the item has been returned. In this case, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return shipment after your Return Authorization is approved.
(Note: As an independent reseller, manufacturer warranties may not apply. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for items outside of our 30-day return window.)
Non-Defective Item
If you decide to return an item that is not defective within 30 days of the delivery date, we will process a refund for the item.
Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price. For non-defective returns, the customer is fully responsible for all original and return shipping fees.
Promotional Items
If you received a free promotional product with your purchase, you must additionally return the free item along with the ordered product to receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will be ineligible for a full refund.
YelRock Tool reserves the right to modify, deny, or revoke any returns and refunds involving promotional items.
Returned Item Requirements
All returned products must include the following:
- Original packaging, including the original box, plastic bags, etc.
- Original intact barcode. Removal of the barcode voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
- Original packing slip.
- All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
- All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.
Refund Processing
We will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 additional business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method account.
